Pinot Nero

From "Pinot Nero" grapes. After a soft pressure, must is in short contact with skins. Fermentation in autoclave at controlled temperature gives the wine a strong and persistent fragrance.

Alcoholic content 11.5% Vol

Riesling Italico

From "Riesling Italico" grapes, softly pressed. Only the fi rst part of the must is used. Fermentation in autoclave, at controlled temperature. White wine with a fine and flowery fragrance, naturally sparkling.

Pinot Grigio

From "Pinot Grigio" grapes, obtained from vineyards with reduced quantity. Softly pressed only the first part of the must is used. Fermentation and aging, at controlled temperature, in stainless steel tanks. White wine with a fine and well defined fragrance.

Alcoholic content 12% Vol
